We’re three women in Miami, Florida with very different backgrounds. Christine is the numbers girl specializing in accounting, purchasing, clerical, and IT departments of small – to midsize companies. Melissa is the artistic one who handled the traditional and online marketing needs of several global brands. And Clara is the professional one who managed the administrative, legal, and logistics workflow required by a Fortune 500 company. We’re competitive people who enjoy being the best at what we do. And we’re also entrepreneurs who’ve built our business around a simple philosophy: “the best way to get new clients is to make our existing ones happy.”
In a nutshell, we do everything you thought about doing but simply don’t want to do, don’t have time to do, or simply don’t know how to do. We take care of all details and paperwork so you can focus on what’s most important, your clients, family and most of all yourself. We provide services you need, such as marketing and sales, but don’t have a big budget for. We can provide property management, personal concierge services and event planning. We work with individuals, specialized professionals and service providers.

We’re based in Miami, Florida and work with clients throughout Miami-Dade County. If you’re located in Broward, Palm Beach, or Monroe County, we can combine in-person and virtual executive assistance to create an efficient and affordable package of services. We work on a project or hourly basis, depending on the type of assignment. If you’re in Miami, we can also create an “on-call” arrangement. We all have a fully equipped office, but we can also work on site at your place of business when your business is closed.
